Summer Slouch !

This whole summer i've been working out on and off. But when i start running i loose weight extremely to fast. Weight loss is definitely not the goal here. I just wanna tone up, stay healthy and not have that "after high school" gut sneak up on me like it did so many of my classmates. My mom introduced me to birkram yoga recently and the shit is intense ! Its like doing yoga in a sauna. Its super hot and the yoga positions will have you feeling light headed. But it keeps your muscles tone and you dont suffer from muscle cramps because of the high temp ! I love it and plan on doing it consistently !


a body like this would be achieveable IF i had more meat on my bones
